He has been our constant companion throughout history, pulling our plows, bearing our burdens, and fighting our wars. They do these things for us because we ask them to and require nothing from us in return but companionship and kindness. Unfortunately, some horses are not cared for in the manner they deserve. Having given their all for their human companion they have been discarded because they are old or injured and are no longer “useful”. We at Graefen Grove make it our mission to care for these horses, give them a loving home and to “ Be Their Voice”.
